What types of tees do you use for your apparel?

We use some of the softest material for our apparel. Most of our tshirts are pre-shrunk with a tri-blend material to create one of the most comfortable feels in a tee you will ever experience. Our hats are usually a blend of cotton and polyester, but some styles may come with a tri-blend material. The feel of our products are extremely comfortable. You will love it!

How do your shirts run, in terms of sizing?

Our shirts run very true to its size. If your standard sizing were to be a small, then a small shirt should be the right fit.

How should I care for my shirt?

We recommend the shirts to be washed in cold water and dry on low for a long lasting quality.  

Do the colors run true to mockups on the product pages?

Due to the nature of screen printing, the colors may slightly vary but we pride ourselves in making sure that they are at least 98% close to what's advertised. If it doesn't meet your expectations, we offer free returns, 100% refund (excluding shipping fees) and exchanges. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.

How long does the shipping process take, and what is the shipping cost?

Your item(s) should be on the way to your doorsteps within 1-3 days. Our shipping cost is a flat fee of $5 or free shipping for orders over $40. 

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the purchase of the item(s). Any returned items must be unwashed. If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at info@simplybelievebrands.com with your order number.
